The city of Cannes, a premium destination for sun lovers, beautiful beaches, and crystal-clear waters, has launched an urban campaign to raise awareness about protecting stormwater. The goal is to inform people about the direct connection between street drains and the nearby sea, helping to prevent everyday urban pollution.

Ease Designers was chosen to create the identity for the message “The Sea Starts Here,” inspired by the positioning symbols from interactive maps. The message works on two levels: providing information and delivering a clear directive—“don’t throw anything.”

To bring these markers to life, Ease Designers used enameled plaques, chosen for their extreme durability in harsh environments.
